Flowers, as reproductive organs, are primarily used to facilitate fertilization. This is done in several ways, including attracting pollinators like bees. Very noticeable colours and smells make the flowers stand out and increase the chance that pollinatorsb whose characteristics for sensing match those of the stimuli the flower is giving off, will find the flower.

Sweet tasting fruit is an enticement for creatures to eat it and disperse the seeds. An animal that eats an entire fruit will take a few hours to digest it and eventually probably excrete (poop) out the seeds far away from where it first ate the fruit. This would result in the seeds being brought to a new area where they may grow into successful adult plants.

So to put it short, the characteristics you mentioned are used to bring animals and/or insects to the plant in order to have them either pollinate the fllower or disperse the seeds.
References :
Color and scent are to attract pollinators like bees, birds, and bats.
Sweet tasting fruit attracts animals that eat the fruit and pass the seeds through their digestive systems to deposit them in another location where the young plants can grow without competing with the parent plant. This is called seed dispersal.
